What a wild, nail biting ride!
This psychological/ crime fiction/ thriller will make you feel like you are on a rollercoaster. Drew Lowery is a recovering drug addict who has turned his life around after meeting the love of his life and now wife, Eve. Drew and Eve have the perfect little family with their daughter Dinah. Until, after having a surprise birthday party for Drew, they find a Polaroid in the mailbox with a picture of their daughter brutally murdered.
How could it be Dinah when she was asleep upstairs? Why was this little girl wearing the same dress that Dinah had? How is it this girl was missing the same hand that Dinah was missing? The story just starts to get more interesting from there.
You will be guessing who the mysterious killer is after every chapter. Everyone is a suspect at one point. Can you figure out who it is? I was shocked.
I will be looking into more of Tim Meyers books for sure. I loved how on the edge of my seat I was and how close I felt to each character. This book definitely got my heart thumping and left my jaw dropped at the end.
